Memory loss at your age is usually from overload however it’s always worth checking out since there is early onset Alzheimer’s. The test to know if you’re just forgetfull or have Alzheimer’s is if you for where your keys are you’re ok, it’s forgetting that you have a car that should cause worry. Other factors that contribute to memory loss is diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking, heavy alcohol use or stroke.
