Congregate Meals

Congregate Meal Programs are nutritional programs that provide lunches for seniors Monday through Friday in central locations such as senior centers, community centers, or schools. Most programs are based on a donation or are offered for a small fee. These programs not only provide good nutrition but also give seniors socialization which is essential to healthy aging.
