Staying active mentally, physically and socially are all keys to a long healthy life. There are many activities for seniors to enjoy. Senior centers usually provide transportation to their centers for events. Many of the assisted living facilities offer day trips which anyone can go one. Do the thinks you always wanted to do but never had the time. Live it up!
