What to Do With All The Stuff
There are many ways to dispose of all the excess "stuff" you've accumlate when you're downsizing. If you're moving to an Assisted Living it often easier to move the things you want to keep and then start the sorting process. It usually takes longer than expected so give yourself plenty of time to get the project done. Once you've decided what to keep and what to get rid of you can contact an estate buyer or liquidator, auction company, take it to a consignment shop, sell it on e-bay, have a garage sale or call a Junk pick up service. This experience will definitely make you think twice about the gifts you give because it might just come back to you.
